Does Lifted Research Group charge sales tax?

• As a web based company, we are required to charge state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have physical presence.
• Some taxing authorities charge sales tax on merchandise and shipping, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of each state.

How do I place an order using Paypal?

1. Choose "Paypal" as your payment option (leave credit card and expiration fields blank)
2. After your order is placed write down your order #
3. Go to www.paypal.com and enter in the following information:
   • Recipient's Email - paypal@l-r-g.com
   • Amount - total cost of your order with shipping
   • Currency - U.S. Dollars
   • Type - Goods (other)
   • Subject - your Lifted Research Group order number
4. Your order will be processed once payment is received

How long do orders usually take to ship and arrive?

LRG Ships with UPS, so we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Alaska and Hawaii shipments must ship either 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

Please note that we currently ship from Irvine, Ca. The warehouse shipping date is determined by product availability. If you have ordered multiple items, please be advised that your order may have shipped in several boxes.

What forms of payment does LRG accept?

• LRG accepts Master Card, and Visa.
• LRG also accepts Paypal.

Where can I check the status of my order?

• Within 48 hours of placing your order you may track your package(s) by selecting the Order Status icon from our website. Once the Order Status window is open type the order number in the blank box and click Track This Package. The UPS tracking page will appear with the tracking number and package's current location.
  Note that if you have ordered multiple items there may be multiple packages and therefore multiple tracking numbers.
• Within 48 hours you will receive an Email from UPS with your tracking information. The email will come from UPS and have the subject "Quantum View Notify". Note that some email filters may block this email. Check your junk email folder if you do not see the email within your inbox.

Basic Return Info

• Returns/Exchangs:
  Unfortunately due to our constantly changing inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges. Most items are eligible for return within 14 of order delivery date, products must be returned in condition received, with all tags attached.
• How to make a return:
  Returns may be sent back using any mailing service you choose, it is recommended you take out insurance on your return, as LRG cannot be responsible for lost packages. Included in your order is a return address sticker, attach this sticker to the front of the package/envelope. Once you return is received, your return will be processed and refund will be issued directly back to the Card/Paypal account used.
• How long does it take:
  Once we have received you return, it will be processed in the next 1-2 days. After return processing stage is complete, and email confirmation of refund will be sent. Refunds can take up to 1-2 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your Bank/Credit card company.
